Kate Lancaster is not only a very dear friend to me, but she also happens to be one talented chick. Completing her final year in Fashion at RMIT in Melbourne this year, Kate was recently chosen to be the lucky first intern of Alice Euphemia's new mentoring program. The result is a capsule collection of leather clutches available in two sizes with detachable faux-fur tails, in store now.
Now, I'm sure you're all more than familiar with Alice Euphemia's cute blog and store in Melbourne, stocking some of the finest Australian fashion and jewelry available. And if you're not... Well you should be! A little birdy has told me that Alice will have a new online store up and running in the not-too-distant-future... But for now - make sure you pop into Alice Euphemia (shop 6 Cathedral Arcade, Melbourne) or call 03 9650 4300 to reserve yours!
This is such an accolade for a young designer who hasn't even graduated yet. You can read Kate's interview with Alice Euphemia here. Oh, and make sure you check out Kate's blog, you definitely need to put it on your daily read list!
Watch this space because this girl is going to achieve big things!
